Can the shoe compartment fit a UK size 12?

I use it for a pair of size 10 Nike running shoes and there is definitely room to spare. Should be fine with size 12.

Is the back pack handle removable?

The two handles make the backpack. The shoulder strap can be taken off

Can it fit size 11 shoes,boxing gloves ,T-shirt and two large bath towels?

I wear size 10… mine fits very well… I also have two towels
