I love this product because it enabled me to work near bees with confidence but for a low price. It's a lightweight hat with netting attached around the brim with a drawcord around the bottom of the net. I have a big head and this was fine for me. I wore a thick coat and put the collar up and tightened the drawcord around the collar. Complete with heavy duty gloves and long trousers I worked on house renovation right next to a bees nest. The bees came out but I felt safe and did not provoke them.This is not professional kit - this is not for anything but casual use. It has no lower ring to keep the mesh away from your lower face so positioning of the brim is important. It gave me confidence to tackle a job I would not otherwise have done and was worth every penny. I wouldn't recommend this for serious bee work, just for a good level of protection for your head in the proximity of bees. A very good purchase for my circumstance.
