My old battery had 15 mins of life in it after I used a non-dell USB-C charger. This battery was the perfect replacement and now my laptop is back to 5+ hours of battery life. Very pleased with this as the alternative was to replace the $1500 machine. Easy to install with the right micro-screwdrivers. I went to the local mobile phone shop and they helped me as I didnt have the right tools to open the laptop case.

This battery is excellent quality and fully compatible with the Dell XPS 9365 laptops. Battery life says excellent and lasts all day, highly recommend.

Installed the battery per online videos. No real issues doing so (once I found the right size torx screwdriver. Since replacement, the battery life seems to be back to where it was originally. It hasn't been long enough to comment on how it will hold up over time.

This product didn't work in my Dell laptop, XPS-13. It is identical but apparently poor quality. Given that it takes 15 minutes to install, and then another 15 minutes to put the old battery back in, i don't recommend buying this. The laptop didn't recognize it and reports it as a bad battery. I looked in the BiOS settings and confirmed the battery was bad. I bought an actual Dell product for $35 more and it works great.

I have a Dell XPS 13 Lap top and was having difficulty finding a replacement battery. Found it on Amazon - delivered next day; easy to install and working GREAT!! (e.g. lap top left on battery only over night and still charged at over 75%)
