It’s really good for my hair growth

I only take these supplements 3 times a week as the nhs only recommend 140 micrograms per day of iodine and each of these tablets contains 400mcg, otherwise it can cause health problems, but I've been taking these kelp supplements for around 4 weeks now and I noticed the difference after a week. One of the reasons I bought these was to help with my hair, as i lost a lot of hair everytime I washed it, which was worrying. Even after the first week there was a big difference in the amount of hair I lost, so Im really pleased.

I've taken sea kelp in the past and it did wonders for my hair when taken with biotin. I cannot comment on the quality of these at the moment as I've only been taking them a few days, I'm sure they will work fine. But look at the size of the tablets!! Like horse tranquillisers so I won't be ordering again.

Really has made a difference to my hair .. it is thicker and the quality of the hair has become stronger.

Got these to maintain thyroid health as I am 54 and menopausal. I searched for the best buy as in strength and number of tablets. I will be taking just 1 a day so they will last ages.
