Do not buy this product. It made a lot of noise and blew up after just a few hours of use.

not compatible with 220-240v ac.
If only it would work with 220v then it would make sense for me. The fan seems to create air at over the room.

Solid, with some weight to it.
I use it in my indoor grow tent and it works well and quiet. The clamping system did the job, though I may have to adjust it from time to time. Silence is why I bought it, and it is quieter than any other fan that has good volume of air flow. When I need another fan I will buy one of these again. Mine is now about 5 months old, doing fine.

This is actually a really nice fan!
I'm not sure what others are complaining about in these reviews...this fan is compact, super attractive, not loud at all, and it moves plenty of air. This thing sits 2 feet away from me on my desk and it produces the perfect focused stream of air that keeps me cool, but is still so well directed that it doesn't bother my hair OR the papers laying on my desk. It does not vibrate or buzz like the cheap Honeywell I used to have, and it does not "wander" around the desk, either. The base is cute/interesting, and the rubber rings around it DO keep the fan securely where I put it.I'm wondering if other buyers are expecting it to move as much air as a floor fan - and if so, they are not being realistic. As a floor fan or a serious air mover, this will disappoint you, because it isn't designed to be a serious air mover. It's designed to be the perfect desk fan, and in my opinion, they nailed it. I have yet to need it on more than a 1....and 3 makes my shirt flap in the wind.

Dangerous - Do not buy
This product is impossible to use in the UK and is a fire hazard even with an adaptor - why on earth its available to buy is beyond me.

Great
Good little fan!Originally purchased for my dog, but it is powerful enough to work for me too.It is small enough to be hidden away but powerful enough to cool me down. I set it on the floor about 5 feet away from me and I can feel it on the two highest settings.I still like the lowest setting just to get airflow in my small apartment.Great purchase!
