I got the Falmouth X-Bench ottoman for my walk-in closet. It is the perfect size for the space and the color is a good match for my decor. The color of the cushion, however, is light to medium grey, and not beige as stated on the title. Since the bench was not going to be used on a conspicuous area of the house, I decided (for the first time) to give a "Used" one (for a lower price) a try. Its description said "Used - Very Good" condition, with a small cosmetic imperfection on the bottom or back of the item. It also stated that the packaging would be damaged. To my surprise, I really couldn't find the defect (perhaps due to be weathered wood style) so I couldn't be any happier. The bench feels very sturdy, however, I didn't rate it for sturdiness, because I have only had it for one day. The bench comes fully assembled. Hope this review helps.

Update: I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement bench. This one doesn’t creak and has just a slight wobble. Much better quality! I feel this is still too expensive so I’m not giving it 5 stars but I did increase to 4 stars. Quality control is likely needed with this company.Original review: Product arrives fully assembled. Love the look and color but it’s wobbly and I doubt the 300lb weight limit is accurate. This won’t get used much so we’ll just keep it and avoid the hassle of a return but I would have expected better quality for the cost.

We were looking for a bench to fit a small space in our foyer so that people would have a place to sit to put on their shoes when leaving. It looks just as pictured on line and is very sturdy. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is because it is not very comfortable, but since no one is sitting in it for a long time, it works for us!

The ottoman color is a true light taupe…. Matching Benjamin Moore paint color Stone Harbor2111-50. Love this ottoman! Great lines and style!

Couldn't be happier with this purchase unless there was a whole matching line that went with it. So well done. Everything about it belies the modest price point. It's made well and looks stunning. Description online is true and I am really enjoying the pair that I bought.

It’s just a good piece of furniture. Sturdy but not heavy, comfortable, stylish, and modern. I love it! I am using it as a seat for my make-up station.

Comfortable. High quality. Esthetically pleasing to the eye. The most talked about piece of furniture in my home. Everyone loves it and asks where I found it.

I like the look very much but it's very wobbly and shaky. Will likely return it unless they give me a solution.

The bench looks very nice in the entrance only problem is the stability is very weak and not solid.
