From what I understand this product does not work for all hair types and/or types of balding, depending on where on your head you are balding, i.e. front or back. Also, how short your hair might be. I saw a guy on youtube try it who had very short hair with lots of baldness and it was a disaster! My experience: I have a large bald spot at my crown. If I were Jewish I could cover it with a yamulke and be done with it. I have pretty short hair, not military short, but pretty short. I've been around the block with bald spot "solutions". I wore toupees for a couple years (hair replacement systems), and shaved my head completely bald for a year. It all sucks. What sucks the least? That's for you to try and decide. I saw the commercial for this product and thought "why not just try it?" I washed my hair in the shower, then dried it well, as instructed. I sat in a chair and had my girlfriend sprinkle the stuff on. WOW! THIS STUFF IS AMAZING! I wouldn't try to go out in a windstorm or anything, but I'm telling you IT WAS AMAZING HOW GOOD IT LOOKED! I have bought more and will continue to buy more!

I really love this product. If you don't have any hair at all, I don't imagine it would work, but it works wonderfully for my issue: my hair is a little thin and mottled in front and in various spots, and when you shake KeraFiber in, it perfectly blends with what you have, and you don't even need to comb it in or style it -- KeraFiber somehow just "knows" where to go. It's pretty amazing. You need to have some already-existing hair for the product to blend in with, but if you do, you will really like it. It's the first thinning hair hair product I've ever purchased that really works. It's a million times better than those bizarre spray-paint products of yesteryear!

Works great on covering the bald spot, but it washes out and you have to re-apply it.....hair is not permanently restored, but it is effective for what it is, and it looks quite natural....4 stars

It goes on like dust particles. Nothing natural about it. Good thing I just bought the sample.

I didn't know it was mini size but it works just as good as the original brand.

I think this product is amazing! It covers my thinning spot like a charm! I usually have help putting it on and then give it just a light spray of the hairspray that is sold with it. KeraFiber is a bit difficult to apply by yourself but with some practice I have been able to master it. The mirror, hand-eye coordination is tricky to get used to. When its all applied, you cannot tell its not my own hair. Its awesome!

I am starting to bald up front and bought this product. First off, it's pretty messy and you end up wasting a lot of product if you use it near the beginning of your hairline. But it wipes away easily. Secondly, it is detectable in certain cases such as mine. I am really thinning out near the front and I use this to fill in the gaps. It was called out by a friend who was standing two feet away asking me what the black smudge was on my head. If you go to the gym and excessively sweat, it will clump and become sticky and noticeable. I don't use as much now and that seems to work out better for me.

I have the Zidane look. Crown is very thin and looks balde in daylight. For self esteem I thought why not try hair fibres as I have thin hair at the crown but just doesn't grow quick enough and looks very very thin. I dry my hair and then I put the fibres on my head. Then I use the spray from the same brand as its got a better effect on the fibres. I thought I'd be smart and use another hair spray from different company, but the kera spray is better it seems to have a better effect with the fibres. I've also got the accessory that attaches to the kera fibre and it spreads more evenly. I'm a bus driver, so, it doesn't look silly in daylight, it's not noticeable and it doesn't flake off in wind. It doesn't make your scalp look flaky either. If your feeling self conscious about your Zidane. I'd definitely recommend this product. It does actually work. Washes off as normal with your normal shampoo. I've patched my head with the fibres a few times and the bottle still looks full. Today I started work at 5am and finishes 1430. It lasted till I washed at 2000. Give it a go.

Good product that gets the job done.

I've read about this product in the Daily Mail and was curious to see what the fuss is all about. I've been losing my hair since my early 20's and have all but given up hope for covering my crown where not too long ago some great hair used to grow. First and foremost - this is a concealer - not a permanent solution. THAT being said - Holy C***p does it work well! Every colleague of mine asked me if I had a transplant, the first day I applied KeraFiber before work. That alone is worth the price for me. I apply it myself in front of a mirror in the morning, and it's very much part of my routine, just after I brush my teeth. Couldn't be easier.
