I love this brand. They really work as confirmed with routine labs. However, I will not be purchasing any food related products from Amazon going forward. These are great organic vitamins. My son mostly takes these and since starting he has had much better bowl movements and energy. We were using non organic vitamins until I leaned those have a synthetic form of B12 which is horrible for humans. The llama naturals taste good and work well for a decent price.
