This hat is EVERYTHING! I purchased it for my trip and used it on the hottest and brightest of days. It helped keep me cool and protected from the sun. The hat was easy to travel with and maintained its shaped. It went with most of my outfits and I got compliments on it all the time! I bought it slightly bigger to have more face coverage and it didn’t disappoint!

When I first got this hat, it seemed too big and floppy. After wearing it regularly and taking it on a few trips, I'm in love! The good: The inner size adjustment ribbon is super useful and makes the hat fit on my small head. Also, it can be used to tuck away the strap when you're not wearing it, ensuring it doesn't get lost. The strap is removable and works super well! The hat springs back to shape when folded/squished and looks perfect. It's made of this relaxed woven material, and it stays relaxed after unpacking. It's also breathable and my head doesn't sweat. The strap can also be used crossbody to carry the hat on your back! The coverage is great due to a wider brim and brim can be rolled up to reveal more of the face. It's large but doesn't feel heavy or bulky and looks very flattering and feminine, yet casual. The bad: If you tie your hair while wearing the strap, the hooks will tangle and get stuck to your hair, messing it up and making it difficult to remove the hat. I remedied this by tucking the hooks inside the adjustment ribbon and sewing them into this position. The bow at the back is glued to the hat, and hard to remove. I'd like to be able to remove it and just keep the ribbon. Overall a surprisingly well made hat with a great traveling ability, fits small and large heads, doesn't care about getting squished and can be worn or carried a lot of ways to ensure comfort. This has become my go to summer/sun hat!

The hat is quality made. It is synthetic but it'll last longer. It is stylish, feminine and cute. Heavier on my head than expected but sits well in windier days. I use it on my neighborhood walks to shield my face from sun rays. The hat's rim is wide enough to protect my face. I love the adjustable string and the I side adjustments as well. The hat is deep, so can accommodate thicker hair. Well made and well priced.

I bought this for a visit to an outdoor food and wine festival, and as you can see in the photo, it looked great! I wanted something that kept my ears covered as well, since lots of people get skin cancer on their ears if they’re only wearing baseball type caps. STYLE: 5/5. The style of this is cute and practical. I really like the look of it, and you could wear a low bun or ponytail with the open back. It comes with an under-chin removable lanyard that I removed and left behind because I thought it was dorky and then regretted because I wore it on a windy day and had to keep holding it down. One minor gripe is that the ribbons aren’t finished properly and there are hanging strings visible in my third photo that need to be trimmed. Not a huge deal as it’s easy to trim with nail clippers or scissors, but something to be noted. FIT: 3/5. As the title says, the fit really is my one gripe with this hat. I bought a different hat that I ended up returning because I preferred this style, but that hat had a ribbon brim inside with an inner drawstring that allowed you to customize the fit and make it snug. I thought that was much better than the sticky foam pieces that came with this hat to adjust the fit. I have a tiny head and those foam pieces were not enough to keep my hat on in even a light breeze. TRAVEL UTILITY: 4/5. For travel, this hat folded in half twice to fit into my carry-on tote bag on the plane. On my first flight I just left it like that and it got a bit of a crease. I had to lay out the hat for a bit for the crease to fade. So the second flight, I babied it a bit, and re-folded it the opposite way every so often to prevent it from getting a crease. That worked pretty well. Anyway, I liked this hat and will definitely use it again, so even with the fit issues, I’m giving it four stars.

LOVE this hat. I have a smaller head and struggle to find hats that fit. I ordered the medium and had to adjust the band as it was slightly loose. The chin strap is a great option. It attaches in a strange way and I hope it doesn't damage the hat over time when I insert and remove it repeatedly. I shouldn't need it often because it fits my head so well. The brim is generously sized for good sun protection, not floppy which I love and the shaping in the back means it doesn't get caught on my clothes or get knocked off when I tip my head back. It doesn't provide sun protection to the very middle of your neck and upper back but does allow room to comfortably wear a braid or ponytail. Hopefully my fellow reviewers are right and it packs (and unpacks) well for travel. Will get a chance to really test it on vacation and update my review.

This hat is a very nice quality. Unfortunately, it was too big. It does have a drawstring inside tto adjust size, and I might have kept it if not for the other drawback for me. It’s made of a heavy, tightly woven straw material. As already noted, it’s high quality and well made. Unfortunately, it just felt too heavy for what I want for an upcoming cruise in warm, beachy climates. So I returned it.

This super cute hat fits my head just right and keeps those sun rays off my face! Most other hats are too big. I like that it has an adjustable cord to keep the hat on. I live by the beach so it is a great feature when on a boat, or when it’s windy. Also, it can be folded up in a suit case for travel, and won’t get ruined! You won’t be disappointed.

It is very nice sun hat. I bring it when I travel around and after I fold the hat, it opens without any problems. It has an inside string to adjust the inside rim to your own head shape. I’m so glad to finally find such a nice sun hat.

Lo usé en un viaje en el que estuve todo el día al sol, es muy cómodo y cubre bien. Junto con un buen protector solar es una gran opción para cuidarse del sol. Se puede doblar y empacar sin que pierda su forma. Lo volvería a comprar.

Love love love this hat. It's a little bigger than my head, but it's perfect with my hair in a bun. It came with size adjustments,that I can put in for hair down days and that I can take out when I'm wearing a bun. It keeps the sun off my face. I love it for gardening, or just as a sunblock.

This is such a cute hat. I normally feel like I can never pull off a sun hat but I absolutely love this one, it is darling. The quality feels really nice and it arrived in great condition

This hat is so huge it covers half of my face haha. Other than that it’s very well made, you can feel the quality of the hat, it’s too bad it’s gigantic.
