I must admit, I did not expect this ring to be as gorgeous as the product photos show it to be. However, when I received it, this ring exceeded my expectations right out of the box. The Rose gold, the Wood Inlay, and the Imitation Opal REALLY made this ring pop! (I have attached photos of the ring from multiple angles, in direct light and shadowed, to show how vibrant it was straight out of the package.) I was so excited to give it to my hubby (his current ring is sized a little too large, so we sought this out as a replacement), and when I did, he absolutely loved it, and adored the colors and contrasts of the different materials. Unfortunately, we have had it for one week, and even with light use (office job), the enamel(?) clear-coating around the ring has already began to wear away — making this GORGEOUS ring much duller. It no longer catches the light and draws the eye to it, which breaks both of our hearts. We have discussed the possibility of attempting to reapply a coating agent to the ring, but figured it would be cheaper just to buy another ring than to go through the trouble of attempting to bring back its original luster. Neither of us wish to return the ring, because we’ve seen how stunning it was/could be, but we are both disappointed with how quickly the polish/coating has faded — taking the rings original elegance along with it... I’m giving 4 stars because we both really adore this ring, it’s a great price, the fit was as perfect as could be, and even with the coating worn off, the ring is gorgeous for the price. But we would have been MUCH more thrilled if the luster had lasted more than one week of normal wear. 😞 Such a shame, too, because this ring is BLINDINGLY BEAUTIFUL when the coating is intact. I would still recommend it, but I would forewarn buyers to be incredibly gentle with it, purchase back-ups, or use it only for special occasions.

I really like this ring. Let me qualify my review. I got married over 13 years ago and my wife paid some ridiculous amount at a jewelry store for a titanium ring that was too wide and too heavy. It was so big that I was afraid I was going to break my car window when I accidentally banged it on the glass. I told her that isn't what I wanted but she insisted. I wore it for about a week and hated every second of it, so has been sitting in a drawer since. So for our anniversary she wanted me to get a different ring. I picked this one. After my last experience I figured here is another one for the drawer. Turns out I really like it. It fits great, I don't even notice I have it on. It looks great, and doesn't bother me at all. I've had it for about a month now and actually enjoy wearing it. While a month isn't long to judge durability, I have cut down several trees and chopped them up with an axe into firewood and the ring still looks brand new. I have the 6mm but am now thinking of getting one in 8mm. A wedding ring is supposed to symbolize the infinity of love, blah, blah, blah but it doesn't symbolize anything if you don't want to wear it.
