I love my dog.Sometimes my dog barks and I love it.Sometimes we need our dog to be calm a quiet.I put this one on and set it to the lowest setting ( just for all you idiots out there I tested it on me. Yes I shocked myself with it and it is tolerable. The shock will not hurt your dog or your boyfriend)My dog learned very quickly the limit to his barking and know when it is on and when I take it off.Yes we all know some dogs are complete idiots and I can’t be sure which one you have although it work great on mine.Give it a tryYou will not be disappointedYou can at the very least bring it to a party and zap people with it.Lol

We got 2 of these collars for our Maltese dogs. The first time they wore them they heard the beeps and felt the vibration. They barked again and got a small zap. Since then when they hear those beeps they shut up. Be warned: these collars are sound activated so if you cough or sneeze loudly they will go off.

This inexpensive collar works better than the other three that I have bought. One unit was rather high, it works well but you have to use the remote all the time and it would always be somewhere else when she barked. This collar actually keeps her from barking. And it has not shocked her yet. She knows when it vibrated that she hss to shut up.

Great for keeping your dog from barking but level 5 is WAYY too strong for my dog. I always will shock myself first and level 5 was pretty harsh (coming from a 6'3 20yr old). One day I guess it changed to 5 (I keep it on 2/3) and I don't want to make her go through that again it looked painful.I have a 30lb female Curr so 5 may be needed for a German Shepard or a large dog but just keep that in mind. She's also tried to chew up the collar and it still works so it's built well lol

It was low price products comparing to others on the market. Surprisingly to see the quality is comparable to the better ones. I have three mid sized dogs who are aggressively barking at people walking by. My only wish is that the shock function can be little stronger to deter their behavior.

We only need to use it when company is over. But Parker is a smart dog and after the second noise/ vibration we no longer need to even turn the collar on. Wearing it is enough for him.Yes, we did hold it on our hands and get Parker to bark. All it did was make a noise and vibrate.

Does it’s job. Takes a little getting used to with all the different settings. We only used the vibration mode. My dog responds very well to noise corrections and would lower his bark very quickly. Definitely not a long term solution for barking. Training is. But this is great when you’re in a bind. We moved to a new apartment and it took my dog about 2 wks to adjust to different sounds. Wish it held a charge longer but aside from that it’s been great.
