This was delivered on July 2nd. (2019)----we used it without problems, and loved it ----until today ---August 9th. ---which makes it exactly 37 days -----thought maybe it was the batteries (couldn't believe 4 AAA batteries would be used up in that time) ---changed them --- Nope-----it's dead. Will not work at all. Have no idea what the problem is, but doesn't matter. Will not go through the whole ordeal to get the problem fixed. UPDATE: my son, who is a retired Coast Guard ship engine expert, said the dispenser shorted out the brand new batteries (they were hot to the touch), that it was completely corroded inside (apparently soap and water got in), and that it was a good thing it didn't start a fire.

This works great. I bought a 2nd one in the brushed stainless design and the other one pumps out a lot more soap than this one. It's not an issue. Would depend on your preference of how much soap you want dispensed.The on/off button is the same button and I can't seem to turn it off without dispensing more soap. The brushed stainless has a separate on/off button which works better when shutting it off. This one gets dirty quickly showing water marks on the shiny stainless coating.But overall, it works as designed. No issues with it.

The product arrived and works the way it was described on prod. description, but there are a few issues: 1) motion sensor is very sensitive, and will turn on w/ slightly movement in from of it, the result is a waste of soap; 2) batteries will last for 1 week only, and 3) after 2 weeks of using it, the product start making noise like it release soap, but then it won't, this third issue scare my family and pets like there was a ghost in my home. LOL, I became a hero just for turning off the soap dispenser. I do not recommend it

I use for kitchen soap. I basically like because it is easy to fill, but it is somewhat temperamental. It doesn't always dispense soap and doesn't always dispense the same amount of soap. Also, it won't dispense soap into a clear glass or bowl, I have to put my hand or dishcloth in front of sensor in order for the sensor to dispense soap which actually does make sense. Sometimes, it just decides to dispense soap onto the counter for no reason. It is easy to fill.
