I have been using Extra Strength Berberine by eXplicit for 6 months to help control my blood sugar levels. I have tried two other brands and find this one works the best along with my prescribed meds to control my blood sugar.

But of course what happens if I quit taking it and find out it was working? Catch 22. So I will continue to take it. Will find out at next labs if it actually works.Does not suppress my appetite. Nor does it help with sweet cravings.

This product may work wonderful for some people, but it upset my stomach terribly. I would wake in the middle of the night sick. I was very nauseous. Once I stopped taking it I got back to my normal self. Again, others may have no trouble taking it. I can’t.

I've used this product for liver safety and fat metabolism for years since I had "cholistasis of pregnancy" 10 years ago. My liver enzymes are always good, I am at my ideal weight, and I have a lot of energy.

I used the product for a month and did not see any benefits
