Absolutely Works!
I've got to say this tape is absolutely phenomenal! I first purchase this in 2016 to use on my bass boat vinyl seats to cover some cracking and large tears. I literally do not know how this stuff is as good as it is, but it's been almost 10 years and the tape I applied in 2016 is still stuck firm, no water leaking, no cracks, no yellowing from sun exposed, and it's still soft and stretchy. It truly is the best I've ever seen, incredible. 300% can recommend for repairing boat seats! Amazing.

The Best For Bouncy House Repair
I have a bouncy house that I bought on line for the grandkids. It is cheaply made and gets tears at the seams and small puncture holes. I usually use a bicycle patch that I pick up at Walmart to repair it. This time I got a seam that ripped leaving a large hole. The bicycle patches were too small to cover it and various tapes did not do the job. Tear Aid did a decent job. It's not 100% and after three tries I got the hole down to a very slow leak. It's relatively easy to use and there is enough of it to cut into large pieces for larger holes. If there is a better product out there that is as affordable as Tear Aid I haven't found it. There is enough of the product to fix this bouncy house until the grandkids out grow it. Wish I had found this earlier much cheaper overall than the bike patches and more efficient.

Works great!
Able to attach it to broken vinyl in pop up camper. Sewed it the rest into the zipper seam so the window would close again. Very effective!

This is unlike any other tape
I've tried lots of tapes to repair my Vinyl hottub cover. This is simply unmatched. It stays stuck down. It's slightly stretchy so it adapts to tugging. And it has a clear matt finish so it's not glossy. It almost disappears like magic transparent tape does. Not quite but much more than shiny tapes do. The next best tape for repairing vinyl is the 3M patch tape. That stuff costs about 1/10th as much as this. But it is not even close to this in the quality of the repair or durability. The main four features that are totally worth your money are:1) the glue does not get gooey in the sun. If you already tried Duct tape you know what I mean and are regretting it and reading this review.2) it does not loosen when it gets wet. If you already tried packing tape or the 3M patch tape you know what I mean and are reading this review3) it stays stuck and is flexible so when the reapired item flexes (it is vinyl) it does not peel up.4) it's very very tenaciously bonded yet quite strong and durable material. No other tape I know of has those properties. Now if you are going to have huge sheer forces on this it might stretch too much. But other than that thus is simply an unmatched wonder product and totally worth it's price.I balked a buying it the first time around and tired everything else that was much cheaper.THe only problem I had with it was that once you pull the backing up this stuff is really thin and flexible, you can get it stuck to itself really quickly and have to start over. it sticks way too well to itself to unpeel it.

Ok, this is the stuff
Due to an ongoing war between the nighttime varmint and I, I am frequently reassessing the fate of the swimming pool. In previous years I'd ride my luck, then throw it way after the night on which I lost. And eventually buy a new pool next year. Not this year though. The varmints struck on the first night of the new (and perfect pool). Instead of giving up, I ordered this tear repair. It works perfectly. Its a bit easier to apply than duct tape, and seems to hold well. The only patch that's leaked was my first that had a wrinkle that went over both a hole and the edge. In that case I was able to peal the old patch off and put a new one on that worked fine. I rather suspect I could have reused the old patch, but I didn't think of it at the time. The critters have mistaken the pool for chewing gum again, and I've run out! Though the pool has patches everywhere, you can't see them from a distance, especially not with all the squealing kids running around!Maybe I'll just take up new repair kits every year, and save the same old pool!
