How to get proper adhesion.
This holds very well provided you apply it properly. Here is how: Assuming you have a square heatsink that you are applying to a square surface, first put a dab in the middle of the surface you are applying the heat sink too. Estimate that your dab would THINLY cover the entire surface. Less is more. You don't want globs. Then push down on heat sink to allow the paste to disperse over the surface. If you have globs coming out of the sides, you put too much on. As you apply pressure initially the heat sink will feel slippery. Continue to apply pressure so that the paste is fully dispersed. This will create a slight vacuum enough to keep it in place and allow to dry. At this point don't touch it and let it sit overnight or for at least 8 hours at which point you will have a firm adhesion. It will continue to cure over the next 48 hours. Strong hold.

works !
Holding the heat sync upside down no problem and no screws either. great stuff. Impressed with the packaging, each tube individually vac sealed to keep them from drying out.

Easy and adequate
I used this in a prototype for something I’m building because it is much easier than 2 part thermal epoxy. It gets the job done. When fully dry, it has a little bit of flex to it. My application requires more rigidity and I don’t think this glue will hold up over a long time. Can’t say for sure yet

Holds strong, decent thermal conductivity
Used this to glue some heatsinked resistors to bare metal. Holds strong, but has a long cure time. The manufacturer's website says it cures in 15 minutes. Nope. It took almost 12 hours overnight, with temps between 70 and 50F.

It works!
It does eventually cure and adhere heatsink to top of IC. It takes about 8 to 10 hours to start curing but it works.

Great electrical glue
This product works very well on electrical connect, micro circuits, antenna connections to hold in place for quads, helicopter, planes, easy to remove when needed, hold wires in place etc. BUT a little dab is all you need !!!

Works perfectly
Use a very thin layer. I used it to bond an aluminum heatsink to an aluminum controller for a bicycle. You only need a tiny amount and because it comes in 3 tubes, you still have plenty in reserve for a future project. Bond is great and has survived heating so far. I am delighted with this purchase.

Just really slow cure time - Not the 15-30m as described
Used to adhere temp sensor to plastic area. At >55F, took over 2 days to cure to a not-running state
