Good quality material, and a versatile addition to my exercise equipment.

My trainer had me doing ab pushups. You lay on your back with the weight placed on your tummy, and push stomach up using your legs. Then the gyms here were closed due to COVID 19. I wanted to continue doing the exercise, so I bought the sandbag. I like this exercise better than sit-ups and uses many of the same muscles.

These are great for multipurpose training but it's ridiculous how expensive they are.
