This pirate costume is well made and worth the money. I bought too big but the cuffs allowed me to bunch up the shirt and it looks fine. My 6 year old loves it

I bought this costume for my 9 year old. I'm giving it 5 stars because I thought it was a good deal overall. The costume was complete--including boot covers, bandana, and full outfit. While the quality was not top-notch, it really wasn't bad compared to many costumes I've purchased. It held together well and is fine for future wearings. It was also sized correctly--not super tiny as other costumes can be. My son loved it and got many compliments.

After a failed ninja costume buying experience (don't ask), my daughter changed her mind at the last minute and wanted to be a pirate. (A REAL pirate, not a GIRLIE pirate -- hence the boy's costume.) I was worried that the delivery window for this purchase meant that it could have arrived after Halloween, but it was shipped quickly and arrived the morning of Halloween. Whew. The fabric is definitely thin, but the costume's perfectly cute and constructed well enough to last more than one season and/or have a life in the dress-up bin. It falls on the smaller end of the size spectrum (more 8 than 10), as so many costumes do. Note that you'll have to buy the eye patch and cutlass separately. She was happy and I was happy!

We got this costume for the pirates league at Disney Magic Kingdom. We got this for a kid who normally wears a small but the small product was out. It fit just fine for us and he has plenty of room next year. If the sleeves are to long you can use the arm cuffs to make it the length you want. The boots worked over his tennis shoes just fine and stayed up the whole day (think about how we are doing rides getting up and down and walking a ton vs neighborhood trick or treating). The only problem we had was the belt was WAYYY to big. It looked adult size. But we used a bobby pin and it worked like a dream!

Very thin and poorly made

Great costume for the price. Had to shorten the belt and attach some Velcro to help it stay on. We live in Florida so I cut the pants to have a ragged edge to wear with flip flops instead of the boot covers. Overall very happy.

We purchased this costume for a halloween party we are all attending at WDW. The quality is perfectly fine for the warm weather we will encounter. The sizing is just about spot on. I would recommend for the price. Shipping was quick.

My son wore this to Disney World for the Halloween Party - and asked to wear it again another day at Magic Kingdom as well. It is good quality and looks exactly like the picture!
