Helped with my gallbladder pain and discomfort
I do not write reviews much to any products . But this one somehow helped me overcome the discomfort and pain that I get everyday after eating . I had small gallstones and always had dull pain after every meal and couldn’t sleep at nights. After taking this supplement I can sleep without feeling the pain and bowel movements improved a lot. Been using for 2 weeks so far !

Solid ingredients
It's a "three capsule per day" regimen, but the ingredients work better if taken 1 capsule, 3x daily. You need it to span the whole day, but this is a stupid cleanse too. Not only Milk Thistle. It's real good for the purpose, I just need Milk Thistle, but I did need a one month cleanse, of which this brand & their concoction is quite bad-a$$

Like this product. Ease of swallow. I like that it has both Milk Thistle and Dandelion extracts together in one pill .

This product works two-fold!
Being a chiropractic patient or homeopathic, I learned from a massage therapist that Milk Thistle is for the liver and dandelion root is for the kidneys. I finally began this product when I learned that both BUN Counts were High; those counts regard your kidneys and their ability to process protein, etc. I already knew that my Liver Count (AST and ALT) was High for at least 8-years with a former PCP always commenting on that - I am not a drinker! I have been on this product for less than three-months with the rest of my long-term supplements to learn 20 June 2025, that both Liver Counts are in Normal ranges and one BUN Count is in Normal range but the other BUN Count is still High. I will continue this product because it helps your organs process toxins.
