Douwe Egberts The Flavour Collective Roasted Hazlenut 50 g

Now, I like my hazelnut coffee (see my other reviews), and this is the best instant I've tried in terms of taste. It's clean and a good balance of coffee and the nut. Why 4 stars, then? Cost. The jar is small and it's pretty darned expensive. Also, I find I use one and a half teaspoons of coffee each cup - and I don't drink coffee too strong. If you like coffee strong you'll be using 2 teaspoons of this stuff each cup. At that rate, this perfectly formed, yet tiny bottle of delight will disappear pretty sharpish. Takes a good week or so to arrive too. But then, all things come to those who wait... and are happy to blow some serious cash on their coffee!

This coffee is delicious. It's also only about £3 on supermarkets. The reviews and answers to questions suggest that there are 6 jars. I suspect thwy are false. There is only one, which is outrageous for £10. To add insult to injury I will have to pay to return it so will have spent money on nothing.

l agree with the review whereby led to beleive that there was more than l jar... Disgusted to have paid over ten pounds for a jar l could buy in the supermarket for three...

i cant believe that I'm expected to pay £10.19 for 1 small jar of coffee.its a rip off

Thought was a 6 pack, expensive for a single jar, can get 6 for 12 pounds normally
