Very nice antenna. Came sealed in retail packaging and in good shape. Was very easy to install and tune on my truck. It's extremely easy to tune, far easier than any other antenna I've owned. Even before tuning, just having installed the antenna, my SWR's improved. My one suggestion is to invest in a Firestik heavy duty spring for your antenna, as it's thick and not very flexible. Your radio is only as good as the antenna you're running, and this is an outstanding choice for the price. Great seller and great product!

Great product have the same 4 foot on my truck for 6 years take care of it as instructions describe on back of packaging and it will last, easy to tune through tip Firestick always makes a quality product, I don’t care what other ones other company’s make or what people say I know what works and stick to it, great product

Excellent antenna. I can't say enough about it. Very easy to tune - it only took me about ten minutes to get the SWR down to between 1.1 and 1.25 across all 40 CB channels. Many compliments about the quality of my signal. I have it mounted dead center on the roof of my truck with a three magnet mount and it works great.

So, I originally accidentally purchased the Prostick 4` Foot Fiberglass 1000 Watt. I soon realized that the Prostick was not tuneable (some say you could cut wires) and was hitting about a 4 on my SWR. So it was pretty much useless. I then purchased this one. As soon as I opened the box I could tell this one was a much better antenna. This one is a larger diameter which makes it not as flexible as the Prostick. So, with that being said, I felt like I needed to go ahead and buy the spring to mount this one on. Don't want to hang it on a limb and break something. I installed the antenna and removed the red cap at the tip. After installing my SWR Meter (SWR METER for CB Radio Antennas with 3' Jumper cable - Workman SWR2T & CX-3-PL-PL) I checked my range which without adjusting was 2.0 to 3.0. I had to make an adjustment three times (lengthening) to the antenna by running the adjustment outward. After making each adjustment, I slid the red tip back on before checking my SWR. My final outcome was a SWR on the low end of .05 and 1.5 on the high side! I disconnected the SWR and got everything mounted back normal. Now I can actually hear others and talk to others. I haven't checked the range or anything yet, but the main thing is getting my SWR this low. Very happy with my purchase.

4' antenna looks good on my 07 FJ Cruiser and it picks up really far. I live in Colorado, I was on the flat tops here doing some 4x4 and I was chatting with a guy from Louisiana the whole 3 hours I was up there. I have this hooked up to a Cobra 29 classic with coax stud from Roadpro, Firestick antenna and mount. The only negative is if you ever need to pull into a garage, you'll probably have to disconnect it.

I installed this antenna on a trunk lip mount attached to the hatchback of my Subaru Forester. The first time I transmitted I thought my radio was broken, because my SWR meter didn't move. Once I realized I had my meter set to REF, I quickly calibrated it on FWD, and found that this antenna is absolutely flat across all 40 channels. This is the first antenna I've ever used mobile that didn't require some trimming. Highly recommend this antenna.

Super high quality, very impressed. Simple to install and tune. Worked great paired with the fire stick cable. Easy to solder, instructions include testing process for continuity ensuring functionality.
