Worth every penny
Bought this chair a few months back. The packaging was very well done & it got delivered on time. The chair is really very comfortable and support the back vey well. It is now the favourite piece of furniture for my mom

Delivery of New chair with Scratches
Item is decent enough and comfortable. Has some scratches hence does not have the new look appearance

Not durable
I purchased it considering comfort claimed by company. However, it could not take pressure for a long and got broken just in 3 months. It is very light weighted and not at all durable. Moreover, company doesn't provide warrantee even after charging such a heavy amount.
