O livro é interessante, tem bastante receitas curiosas - algumas que também tem em livros de culinária italiana, grega e libanesa - mas infelizmente quase nenhuma foto e algumas são repetidas, sem a identificação de que prato se trata. Poderia ter um preço mais barato, pois não é um livro muito grosso e grande...

This cookbook is outstanding!!! I am Turkish myself and can confirm the recipes are authentic, wholesome and just like my grandmother’s. I have already made 6-7 dishes and they have all turned out so tasty.Musa simplifies all of the instructions and provides backgrounds to the dishes. Easy to follow, beautifully put together and the book itself is well made. I will treasure this for many years!
