What does Textured Medium mean ?

The textured finish is very slight , but it gives the print an old finish.

Is this a replica of the original or just a picture in a similar style? It does not look like “the elite fish and chip shop” Lowry painting

Lowry drew "Cowles Fish & Chips" in crayon in 1948, then produced a version in oils "The Elite Fish and Chip Shop" the following year. You can easily find images of them online. I suspect this is someone's re-drawing of "Cowles". The colours are significantly different. It is also cropped, particularly on the left, removing the telegraph pole. This may be to avoid royalty payments to the artist's estate. Both of the originals are in private hands (you are talking high six figure sums at auction) and I don't think prints are widely available of them.

It is glazed with high quality plastic. It is clear as glass, much light and easier to hang.
