I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I should share in case someone else is dealing with the same little issues I was. I’ve been using Pure Encapsulations Glucosamine Chondroitin with MSM for several months now, and it’s one of the few joint support supplements I truly trust—and feel results from. Besides this, I think it would be great to add magnesium also. I’m in my late 60s and had been struggling with sleep for a while — waking up in the middle of the night, tossing and turning, just not feeling rested. On top of that, I was having some muscle tightness and these odd little eye twitches that would come and go. My daughter suggested I try magnesium, and after trying a couple brands that upset my stomach, I gave this one a shot.Pure Encapsulations Magnesium Glycinate has been such a pleasant surprise. I take two capsules about an hour before bed, and I’ve been sleeping much better — deeper sleep and fewer wake-ups in the night. It also helps me wind down; I feel more relaxed, like my body and mind are finally getting the message that it’s time to rest. The muscle tightness has improved, and that annoying eye twitch hasn’t come back in weeks.What I really like is that it doesn’t upset my stomach at all. This glycinate form is much gentler than other types I’ve tried. I also read that it absorbs better, which makes sense — I can actually feel the difference. And the glycine in it is supposed to help with calming, which I do notice, especially in the evenings.Another thing I appreciate is that this brand doesn’t include any weird additives or junk ingredients. Just a clean, high-quality supplement that does what it says. It’s become part of my nightly routine, and honestly, it’s one of the few things I take that I can truly say has helped. I have a torn right hip labrum…let me tell you, this stuff actually works for pain relief…to the point where I hav completely forgotten about my hip pain. I actually can’t believe it. It works so much to the point that I’m worried I’ll get used to it and it won’t work anymore-for the time being, I am enjoying the pain free life!!! Highly recommend. Enough that I had to come back here to leave a review. At least try it, it might help you as much as it’s helped me. I’m a nurse and I’ve tried every non-prescription vitamin, supplement, physical therapy etc and this works the very best.

Yes, it's expensive but if you compare the ingredients to others in the same category...this is your best choice for glucosamine. Most require more than one capsule per day for the required dosage. This one only requires 1 capsule and there not too large to swallow which is also an added plus.

Seems to be a well balanced complete joint supplement; however, I just don't tolerate MSM well. Need to find other ingredients without the added MSM.
