The media could not be loaded.  Please watch the video. I could have gotten a defective one, which I stated. BUT the inconvenience is irritating to say the least. I wanted this to take with me to the West Coast..but instead I had to repack it to return to sender when I get back. So frustrating! For the price, I am not expecting bells & whistles...but I AM expecting it to turn on and WORK.[UPDATE] I was asked by the manufacturer to take down my review. I told them no because the review (and the video to back it up) is true! If they send me another and it works..I will update this to reflect that I got one that works, but I will NOT be dishonest about my previous purchase experience. It is what it is. we all HAVE to be forthright on these reviews otherwise, we have no leverage for companies to send quality merchandise, each time, every time.

When it worked for about an hour it was great. After that, when one of the fans started making a constant buzzing noise, followed by one of the blades coming off entirely, I was pretty frustrated that this brand new fan I got broke the first day using it. It lasts like 4hrs if you're lucky.Next step is to make one with metal blades, and center it better so they don't hit against the cage and end up breaking.$20 down the drain.

I turned it on and thought "what a great breeze", then I realized it had two even higher speed modes! It really blows a great breeze of air. The arms position easily and you can point them down towards your arms or chest too. These will be really great at clubs, festivals, concerts, any sporting event, or anywhere really. I live in South FL and this thing is going everywhere with me now!It's simple products like this that make you wonder why no one ever thought of it before.The LED just make it super special. THe color fading mode is very pleasant. I looooove that they fade through colors gradually and you get some really cool multicolored mixtures over time. There is no jarring cheesy wild strobe flashing modes lol. There is a steady white mode if you want the light but not color. And of course, you can turn the lights off entirely which will also make the battery last longer.Love this thing. Definitely buying some more and going to be giving them as gifts.

Do far so good. Only used one day on a 85° day and it seemed to perform well. I was still hot of course but could work in the yard longer than usual. It's not a cool breeze but it helps speed up sweat evaporation and cools you down making a hot day more tolerable. It's not too loud but only complaint it shifts around while working but don't see how that can be avoided. For the price I'm happy with this product.

For under $20, this is great for some light cooling if you're a few degrees above your comfort level. You can point it anywhere in a 360 angle and cool whateve is the most uncomfortable.It won't help you much if you are moving around a lot, carrying loads, and/or working in extreme temperatures. (ex. yard work, outdoor labor, etc). For those conditions, you need to stick with a powerful plug-in fan. Every time you move objects too close, the fans will get bumped and twist the wrong way. If you're wearing a necklace or have anything else on your person, it can get caught in the blades. The battery life is also about 3 hours on medium setting.Keep this in mind if you are looking for a neck-fan for this purpose.But as a cheap, lightweight comfort fan, it does its job.

I'm LOVING IT! This portable neck fan is totally awesome. You hang it around your neck , adjust the universal tube on your fans to your liking and turn it on. The angle of the fans can be adjusted 360 degrees. It has 3 speed settings for the fan but my FAVORITE part is the lights. You have a separate control for the lights...click one time for color changing gradient light, click two times for a white light mode and then the next click turns it off again.I use this fan when I am mowing my yard. I'm 60 years old and can't take the heat so this is a perfect product for me. No disappointment here. Great quality product and I definitely recommend it to anyone who needs some extra cooling and you can be awesome while doing it with the light show. Your friends will envy you and want to know where they can buy one to.

Not durable only had for less than a week and had thought is was good for the little Time I used it but one of the little pedals on fan almost completely came off by just touching my cheap round aluminum earrings for like 2 seconds and that's when I notice a weird sound so I took the cap off and seen the pedal was hitting the rim of the fan as you can see in picture the pedal almost completely came off so now it's worthless to me and do not recommend

I purchased this fan for my mail carrier. I checked it out before wrapping it up and made sure it worked properly. It is super light and flexible. The lowest setting was really nice and it has two higher settings so it would be useful on a hot day outside. I decided to buy one for myself as well for when I cook dinner, sit outside, or exercise. Good price and value.
