Got this to carry my backup single stack Sig P220 .45 magazines in for Concealed Carry.Works good on retention, been carrying in this set up about 2-5 times a week when I go to work or out and about. Depending on my clothing I’ll either carry my Sig on my right hip IWB, or in a shoulder holster under my left arm. The shoulder holster I use is a leather Galco that gives me two extra slots for spare mags under my right arm. Plus the two this rig gives me 4 spare mags of .45 easily concealed.
