First of all, this is the best CoQ10 product I have used and it is very effective. Two doctors have suggested that I take red yeast rice to help lower my cholesterol. In the past, I have used other brands of CoQ10 products, 100 mg., but had to take two pills a day. If I didn't take 200 mg. of CoQ10, I would get muscle pain in my legs, arms & hands and I was only taking 600 mg. of red yeast rice one pill at bedtime at the time. One day I decided to do some research on the best type of CoQ10 and I found out that it needed to be water soluble. I decided to try this brand because it does not have preservatives, artificial flavors, sugar, yeast, wheat, soy, or milk products and it only has three other ingredients: gamma-cyclodextrin (fiber), hypromelose (a lubricant) and purified water. I would rather not have the lubricant but I am still very happy with this brand.I take three red yeast rice pills a day (900 mg each) but I only have to take ONE of the H2Q water soluble pill a day and I have not had any muscle pain!I highly recommend this product to anyone needing to take CoQ10. I plan on taking this brand forever as I'm probably going to have to continue taking the red yeast rice for life.

We’ve (my husband & I), been using this product for about 6 months and are so happy that we found a COQ10 that is suitable for Vegans. Totally satisfied with the product itself, but since there are two of us using one bottle, the product is used up more quickly and so we have to buy it more often. In my opinion, just one bottle is expensive (we are seniors), and since we run out quite quickly, we are spending a little more than we ought to.

Love this coq10! High absorption, more energy and no junk fiilers in a veggie capsule. The research indicating it increases coq10 in the brain more than ther coq10 and my experience using it make this a wise investment in my health.

Have only been taking them for a few weeks but have had no problems.

My energy level has gotten noticeably better when using H2Q dry brand. Dry works faster. Yes, I would recommend it!
