Peru Food Aderezo Pollo a La Brasa Marinade for Peruvian Roasted Chicken 13.5 Oz.

Great marinade! I used this on some baked chicken thighs (marinated for about 6 hours). The flavor is quite close to the Peruvian restaurant (an hours drive away). The marinade is salty, but when used appropriately on the chicken it is not overwhelming, and there is just enough salt. I made an aji amarillo sauce to go with it and it was delicious. Overall, I’m very happy with it and will definitely buy more when I use up what I have.

I ordered 5 of them. They came in one big box and inside each one came in a box as well and that was perfect because they were very careful with my order :) it says the expiration day as well. Some are 2020 and other 2021. Something else I wanna say is that was good I didn't order a fast shipping . I was wondering about maybe they will shipped it and it will take a many days to get it but through all this maybe my spices will be bad but it was not, because I tracked my order and once they shipped it the next day I was getting it. They taste good and I am Peruvian so I am ready to make lomo saltado and everything.

I've been looking for a Peruvian marinade for our rotisserie chicken for awhile and came acrossed this one. It was absolutely delicious and was exactly what I was looking for. The only downside was from the moment I submitted my order to the time it hit my doorstep was a month. I had no idea the marinade needed to get a passport and up to date on its vaccinations before it traveled so far ha ha ha!!

I bought this just to try it. I have been trying a lot of foreign foods. I have to say this is a tasty marinade. I grilled my chicken (not roasted) and I would recommend this to a friend.

I'm not a Peruvian chicken connoisseur but me and my family liked the marinade. Wasn't spicy, so my wife could enjoy it. Had to use about a third of the container to marinate a 4lb chicken. Would definitely purchase again for future meals.

Pretty good, just overly salty. Though you can just use less or dilute it. You can also find these at Hmart grocery stores for $4 - $5

Unos de los frascos está abierto o roto todo el liquido estaba en yoda la caja, no tenia mo teléfono a la mano y ademas mo se md ocurrió Lamentablemente perdi mi dinero Pero creo que deberian tener un mejor empacado especialmente si son feascos de vidreo No creo volver a comprarles
