1. I followed the instructions for installation. The knob which diverts water to either the dog cleaning shower head or the existing shower is cheap plastic which seems destined to fail but more to the point the knob is not simply ON/OFF as it turns 360 degrees and open /closes/open/closes to either shower head which means you have to stand in the shower (we have a fixed shower head) to get the water to flow to the dog cleaning shower head, I got soaked.2. Literally within seconds of using the shower head on my dog the rubber section snapped off leaving a screw sticking out which I nearly stuck into his body by mistake (lucky I didn't!)3. There is no return address on the paper work that came with the device.4. I tried to return via Amazon but it seems the seller is in China and I don't want to have to wait weeks for a replacement shower head, the only option is to return the item via a dropoff point back to the Amazon depot and have a refund. Given the current lockdown situation I don't want to do this for the sake of £22.99.My advice is to just to buy a flexible hose and shower head, I really can't see why this is called a specialist dog shower, it just isn't apart from the rubber massage head.

The concept of this product is good (assume you don't want a hose thrashing around when washing the dog) but execution is dreadful. It has all the quality of an item that you'd find in a Christmas cracker. The key advantage of this is the thumb switch for the spray head. It gave up about 5 mins after first use and refused to budge. I fiddled with it and eventually got it working but the release mechanism appeared to be restricting the water output which suggests it only partially opened the valve on the head. I considered opening it to investigate but it has the look of plastic that's so brittle, it'd shatter if it was dropped so I reasoned against it. The switch itself is smooth plastic as well which is next to useless when you have wet hands. I was going to persevere but it's going to break at some point in use. Better to return and find an alternative. Don't waste your time buying this.

Absolute trash. It broke the second time I turned it on. This was just trying it out, before I even got it near the dog. So, broken product and a dry dog.As for "warmth" which amazon insists I rate, then the water comes out at the temperature it comes in at. This does not warm the water. I knew this when I got it, but want to make it clear for others.

Used this product three times. First time the off/on switch was quit stiff but worked, however on the third use the switch would not stay on at all, resulting in having to hold it on all the time. This is not easy with wet soapy hands and a wet dog to deal with. This product is now in the bin

Worked brilliantly for the first use.Second time, no water comes through! Even after removing the pointless bit with the beads in, not a drop of water comes out, so am returning.Very disappointing as having the on/off water control was so useful for bathing dog.

This item broke after first use!! The on/off switch on shower head snapped inside and there is no way of fixing it. Very disappointed ☹️

Initially impressed but after one week of use the on/off switch on the shower head has stopped working

Excellent product. Only had 1 problem with the shunt value but resolved quickly
