Excellent product . . .
This Zip tape really does what it's supposed to and I cannot tell you how happy that makes me! I purchased it so I could install a shed window, after watching several YouTube videos. Originally, I had bought regular flashing tape from Home Depot, but I could tell it wasn't going to stay sealed for long. I grew frustrated because it should've been simple and easy, and yet was becoming a problem. So I ordered this Zip tape (sadly, no stores carry it in my small town) and it worked beautifully. It easily stretched around the corners of the window opening and then adhered to the uneven siding seamlessly. Given the resiliency and adhesion of this tape, I feel confident it will keep the area waterproofed through many winters. This product is well worth the price and I can't recommend it enough!

Great project
Thus is the best f L ashing tape I've used. Flexible, sticky and works. Takes a little learning to make work, but worth it.

This stuff is great, came across it by luck
I was always buying the Dupont Flexwrap so I went to order it again. It was just what I saw all the pros on YouTube using so that's what I wanted to use to do it right. I have Installed about 30 windows and have always used that stuff. I never liked the way it left the bulge in the corners but it worked and seemed to seal pretty well. Went to install a few more windows and ordered the Flexwrap from a seller on Amazon. Received the wrong product in the correct box. Not sure who was at fault for that but I couldn't find any more at a good price so I researched. I guess this stuff got pretty big after I first saw the other stuff in videos. Ordered this after watching a few videos and I'm glad I did. This stuff is great. There is barely a bulge in the corners and it seems even more sticky. Will definitely be using this from now on. So it was a happy accident that I got the wrong stuff before. It goes on very easily and it's very sticky. It's not super thick and hard to manage, it's the perfect balance and seems like it will hold up very well.

This is NOT a stick & peel!
5 year review. This is the best peel and stick I have ever seen let alone use.IF properly installed, it will stay put and do the job as advertised.Excellent, even if a little pricey.

Works great, backing hard to get off
This tape should be a requirement for window flashing and my project only required a small amount of flashing so buying normal house quantities would have sunk the project. Thanks for having smaller quantities and it worked out great after watching some videos. The only problem is the backing would tear sometimes while removing and that was a giant pain. Please use some other backing!

stop using electrical tape and start using this Magic Tape!
I entitled this review calling it magic tape. It is sticky, stretchy, and waterproof. It has entirely replaced electrical tape in my automotive repair business and farm. Yes it is expensive but it excelsfor you McGivers out there. Just yesterday I used it to tie together a plastic radiator shroud. It is matchless as electrical tape. It is virtually self vulcanizing by virtue of its stretchiness. It is slow to use because it is 3" wide and a bit hard to remove the adherent paper covering but you will put up with this because you will cut just what you need. I still use it in flashing applications when roofing which is what it was designed for. The company should manufacture it in different widths for different applications and perhaps different colors. They are welcome to send me my suggestion fee.

Waterproof and stretchy!
I am blown away by this tape. I’ve used bituthene flashings like Vycor in the construction industry for years, and they work well, with some limitations. I needed to seal a waterfall corner in a raised pond with HDPE liner and was absolutely struggling to find a good solution. Supposedly No adhesive works on HDPE and it needs to be heat welded. Well, this stuff sticks incredibly! I was going to use classic bituthene flashing for this, but it is not flexible enough to create a good seal for this outside corner. I discovered this flex tape and I’m sold for life. I cannot believe how thick and flexible it is and how well it sticks throughout the range of movement. I’m confident this seal will hold up for a while. Not so sure about UV damage though…Pretty pricy stuff, but there’s nothing else like it! Amazon was the only place that I could get it, but it arrived far quicker than advertised.

Easy to flash windows and doors
This is my first time using Zip System on a building. The Zip products are great. The stretch tape was unavailable when I needed from my local big box stores. Amazon had it. The product really does work as good as it appears in YouTube videos.
