Works as expected giving a nice arch. Sticks in the shoe well.

At first when I stood up with these in my shoes, I thought they were horrible and too hard. I wanted to like them, I wanted PF relief. So I wore them. To my surprise, they didn’t feel hard after a day. No blisters. Held up my arches. No heel pain. I have them in all my shoes now. The best thing is, I can wear whatever shoes I want! I just needed these supports to stop hurting. There were too many shoes that I couldn’t put a whole arch pad in. So shoes were limited. Yes, they unstick in some shoes but this is still by far my favorite supports

Although these have good reviews I didn’t have high expectations. I was happily surprised with them. I’ve only used the black pair so far. I added them to a pair of black sandals that have a suede-like footbed so I was nervous these wouldn’t stay put but they did. They added the much needed arch support I was looking for. Don’t expect these to make a pair of flats into a birkenstock, with excellent and firm arch support but they add enough support to make flats more comfortable. I normally will not buy any shoe that doesn’t have excellent arch support but it’s hard to find nice looking shoes, especially sandals, that have good arch support. Now that I know these work so well I will be able to add a few new shoes to my wardrobe.

I've started getting a bunion and was told that arch support shoes can help with that. Unfortunately the arch is too thick on these and hurt my feet even more. For someone with higher arches they'd probably be great. They stick well to shoes and clean easily.

I have had to be really picky about the shoes I wear because of plantar fasciitis pain. I feel like most shoes with good arch support are not very cute. I ordered these to try with a pair of sandals and I was so happy with how well they worked! The only tricky thing is figuring out where to place them. It took a couple of tries to get them in the right place, but they are very sticky and reusable as they claim.

These do not work well, they barely provide any arch support and the sticky part suck and despite feeling very sticky fall off easy and do not adhere well long term. The more they fall off after you take the shoes off, which they do fall off almost every time, the less the adhere. Do not buy

I have an accessory navicular bone in both of my feet in the arches of both and are restricted to wearing custom inserts. I can freely wear heels with these inserted with no pain!

PThese seemed like a good solution to my feet sliding out of my sandals, but the gels are too thick and hurt my arches when I walk. They feel like they need to be half as thick or part of a whole foot insole which is half as thick as the arch part. It’s easier to get used to them with socks on. I hope they won’t hurt after awhile.

Comfortable item but does shift depending on the shoe.

I bought these because I have flat feet and wanted to put them in each of my shoes. But after a little while the adhesive stops sticking and they slide around inside the shoe which defeats the purpose.
