The claw machine is really cute and became a hit in our house, I do have some issues with the product but it does not take away from my kid’s enjoyment. The major problem is the claw is not strong enough, it works great with the toys provided, but if you add different stuff it becomes almost impossible to grab unless is as light as the little plushes. That saying, the claw works great with what it is provided, just wish it came with a lot more plushies. The precision is also not very great but as it is a toy and even professional claw machines have issues with products stuck to the corners I think the precision problem is acceptable. Issues aside, the product still deserves 5 stars. My kids absolutely love it.

I really wanted to love this item but I’m so dissatisfied. Not only did it arrive used, dusty, with hair in it and parts flying around it doesn’t even work. The lights and music work fine, but the actual claw controls don’t. It’s a shame because I was willing to look past that it was used but it literally doesn’t work. Waste of time and money.

There is nothing to dislike about the Claw Machine. The remote control is amazing.My granddaughter was absolutely elated with it. She has played and continues to play on it almost every day. I bought it for a special achievement, but would highly recommend for a Christmas gift. You won't regret it!!

Niece and friends loved this gift for a bday party. Didn’t last long. Gears became jammed.

I was a little concerned about all the working parts actually working but much to my relief the toy was assembled and operated just as it was supposed to! All the kids loved it, especially the birthday girl, age 8.

I got this for my daughter for her birthday and I feel bad. For almost $60 it should be a lot better quality in my opinion. I feel like this would be a $20 item at dollar store. The plastic came bent and broken. The claw machine doesn't work at all, smelled like wires and plastic was burning when we plugged it in. I tried everything. Followed directionsexactly and even watched video tutorials. Its so cheaply made that even if it did work kids would probably break it quickly. This one is trash.. I am trying to get a replacement. Im a single mom I don't have money like that to throw away. My daughter was so excited then dissapointed. Ill update if the company makes it right.

Bought this machine with hopes to use it at my craft shows but it never even made it on my table. Worked maybe a handful of times and now the controller doesn't get power, no matter if I change the batteries. I've tried looking up a company to get in touch with, but haven't found one yet.

Bought for a gift for my nieces.. they absolutely loved it.My only complaint is that is hard to put things in it. It has a tiny hole on top that I was squeezing my hand in to try to arrange the things, I mean ICould’ve jus dropped the stuff in it, but I wanted to make it so that a certain item was picked up first.Overall I enjoyed gifting it to my nieces who had an absolute ball with it. :-).
