My daughter and I take both the humic and the fulvic minerals. We have problems with detoxing, and must do so very slowly. My daughter has autism, so I called the company, and they were incredibly helpful and knowledgable and told me exactly how to start out with her...a much lower dose. She was 4 and sang for the very first time after 1 week on the minerals. We started out very slowly, and now at 7 she takes half an adult dose twice a day with great results. These minerals are ionic so they go right into the cell and bypass the need for digestion. The taste is of very alkaline and refreshing water, no metallic aftertaste whatsoever. In the last 10 years, I've had numerous naturopaths and nutritionists recommend Vital Earth minerals. It is my go to whenever I have eaten something heavy or acidic or w msg. It is so incredibly soothing with a pH of 7.5 (fulvic)-9.5 (humic). The minerals come in straight fulvic, straight humic, super humic, and fulvic/humic combo. I take mine separately because I use super humic for thyroid health, but I now give my daughter the combo for easier maintenance. I have been taking this product for a few years. Since I try to maintain an organic diet as much as possible, I make it a point to drink one ounce every morning. When I eat out, I also drink it before or after the meal to help cleanse my body. I keep it in the refrigerator, which makes it easier to drink.

I drink this most days, but I didn't buy it for awhile and something odd happened; I got reef rash while in Hawaii and had a very bad reaction to the coral that stayed for YEARS. It would flare up and turn into an itchy welt.or it would just be a red spot on my leg. It went away for a couple years. Then it returned....it returned a few months after I stopped drinking this, then I resumed the daily intake and it's gone again. I dont know why, I can't explain it, but it does something.

I take this every morning. But I use orange juice as a carrier. Works great. Natural minerals do so many good things for our bodies.
