Ampulla Water Resistance Garage Wall Protector, Designed in German (1/4" Thickness White)

I bought this to protect my Corvette door, after my previous car had scratches from even lightly touching the concrete blocks in my garage. This stuff sticks really well to the blocks! I have had it installed for over 2 months now and it has not budged. I would say don't buy this if you plan to remove it! I thought at first the thickness wouldn't really do the job, but after resting my door against it a few time more than I want to admit, there are no dings, scratches or anything. I would highly recommend it! I even installed it on the other side of our garage to protect my husband's jeep doors!

So disappointed. I wanted to use these to protect my garage door from skateboard impact when my son practices in the garage. This item is way too thin and provides virtually no protection. I'm certain it would not work effectively to protect your garage wall from car door impact. The color is NOT WHITE - it an off-white yellowish color. One of the rolls had a blue spec on it - appears like something was rolled into it during packaging and permanently marked the white surface right in the middle of the roll which makes the roll unusable as a single strip. I will taking this down and putting up something else. Adhesion is good and it is easy to install, but does not serve its purpose.

I was placing this on the drywall in the garage. If it touches the surface, it is not going to move again. There is no allowance for user error. Did not get it straight and tried to pull a bit up, and it was taking the paper facing right off the wall, so I pushed it back into place. The product also retains any indentation from a door opening into it.It is possible there is some trick to installing it properly I was not aware of, but the second roll that was included will not get used by me.

Bought to avoid hitting car doors on drywall garage door. The adhesive is so strong it will definitely not come off, will actually peel off the surface of the drywall before it comes off. Yes I tried and did. Hopefully never have to remove this. I do wish they had better QA, bought four rolls as my front/back doors hit the wall at different locations and each one ran the full length about a half inch different length. Definitely provides good cushion for the door, and will not leave scratches or dents

Used on a concrete wall in my garage. Stuck to the concrete firmly no problem and without even a substantial cleaning (I blew the dust off with my air compressor first, but nothing else). This stuff is great as advertised, but it's only 1/4" thick and even though it is very firm and dense, I just can't trust it as much as I'd like. If it were 3/8" or 1/2" thick I would definitely trust it 100%. If I was using this on wood or drywall it would probably be fine but on a hard concrete wall I would prefer a little more cushion. I also bought some child proofing padding to put around the edges and I'm pretty happy with the end result though.

I got this to protect my car door from hitting the side of the garage, but I think I'm just going to go the pool noodle route (cut it in half and tack to the wall). This is just some sticky foam and I would think after a car door hitting it a few times, the foam will start to compress and not offer much protection.

Easily cut, used two sections. Centered two foot long sections at front and rear door usual impact points. For further protection a smaller section added on the first provides 1/2 inch cushion. White blends into walls so hardly noticeable. I would certainly recommend this to anyone looking to provide a little protection so garage walls and car doors aren't damaged.

It is so easy to install and cut if necessary. After trying different items on the garage wall, including old seat cushions, I found this on Amazon. It's perfect. I figured out where I needed it and then cut it, peeled the tape off and pressed it down. Couldn't ask for anything better. Now my car doors are protected.

I put this on a wall that I wanted to protect as it often got marks or bashed due to being next to a set of dumbbells so I stuck this onto the wall and I thought it looked nice, I was about to apply another roll above it when I noticed while positioning the second one that the adhesive lifted a small amount of paint off the wall, horrified I then lifted up the first roll only to find that it was lifting ALL OF THE PAINT off the wall, down to the bare wall. I am honestly in tears, this is meant to protect my wall and it has completely ruined it, no amount of damage from my dumbbells was worse than this, if I knew about this I would never have purchased this item, I am pursuing a refund AND damages for my wall. I never write amazon reviews I am just so so angry.Edit: Just to update they didn't want to deal with my issue at all and just referred me to Amazon, so so bad.

We got this to cushion a vertical breeze block pillar that has sharp corners. I was very impressed with its ability to stick to breeze block vertically, even neatly folded down the middle to straddle the corner. Pleased we bought the thicker option.

Es increible pero se me está despegando la espuma de la pared. Lleva puesto menos de una semana. Pero ojo que lo que se está despegando el la espuma de la parte encolada no de la pared.Este producto consiste en una cinta de doble cara, una cara se pega en la pared y la otra cara se pega en la espma, la parte que se pega con la pared está perfecta pero lo que se ha separado es la parte de la espuma con respecto a su parte encolada.

He conseguido amortiguar los golpes accidentales de las puertas del coche contra la pared de la cochera. Eso si, al venir enrollada, en los extremos, tiende a mantener un poco la forma despegándose de la pared en el extremo final. Lo tuve que solucionar con algo de celo de doble cara en el extremo, pero bueno, bastante bien.

Bei warmen Wetter löst sich der Schaumstoff von der Klebefolie. Die Klebefolie selbst bleibt wiederum an der Wand haften. Und damit ist es keine unsachgemäße Montage, die mir als Kunden zur Last gelegt werden könnte. Dann würde sich nämlich die Klebefolie samt Schaumstoffschicht komplett von der Wand lösen.
