My husband meditates and loves these CD's. We listen to them before going to sleep. I've never been able to get thru more than the first 10 minutes as they are so relaxing, that I just fall asleep. I do hope it's true that after we go to sleep, our subconscious records all of the information. These are really worth having....Very pleased with the purchase....definitely 5 star according to Hubby!

I ordered two sets (my husband wanted to get a set for our daughter for Christmas). My husband and I have been listening to a different one each night (the last 3 nights) and we both agree that they are great! I think we have gotten the best 3 nights of sleep that we can remember! We are very pleased with them and very excited to give our daughter her set next week! Thank you! You are awesome!

Not what I expected. No relaxing music/-just talk. I did not find it helpful in relaxation efforts. Just the opposite,in fact.

I have recently realized how stressed my life is at the moment. I have a lot going on, all positive and exciting, but a bit overwhelming at times. I am excited to learn more about meditation. I believe this is a healthy way to control such anxiety and stress. Thank you so much for making such a great set of CDs for someone like me that literally had no idea what I was getting into!

I listen to meditation tapes on U Tube and thought that these would be similar. The CDs are very short and although the speaker is soothing, they are so short that when you are getting into the, they are over. I was very disappointed in the set. I do not recommend this set. I will n not be listening to them a second time.

Love these. Listen to them every night. Inspirational. So little effort on my part with great results.
