This is some high-quality Shatavari powder. I'm very pleased with this product. I gave the flavor 4 stars because asparagus root is something I am not about to gulp down like pomegranate juice. Nevertheless, when heated up and mixed properly in warm water, it's actually pretty drinkable (and I think the more your body craves its nutrients, the better it will taste to you as well). I can anticipate this lasting months, even with daily (one cup) usage, and I don't personally drink it every day. Shatavari powder can help your ability to have interesting dreams and assist the reproductive system (think healthy fluid volumes, and better balance/blood flow) within either sex. It also seems to provide me a slight calming effect.

I have taken this whole bag and it didn't do anything for me. When I first started using it I did get an upset stomach and was going to the bathroom a lot, good thing I work from home, but then after a few days my body got used to it and then it did nothing. There was no change with anything .

This is magic for breast milk supply! Unfortunately I experienced a major dip in my supply after getting sick and I started taking 1 tsp of this twice a day and my supply came back more than it was before I got sick! Just keep in mind that your supply is based on demand so the more you pump/breastfeed the more milk you will make. But when you’re in a pinch or you have a random dip this stuff can help you get back to normal. I mix mine with a little glass of milk to get past the texture. It’s a bit chalky but so worth it.

I definitely love this product it’s become an everyday routine for me literally every morning and before bed. I’ve seen such amazing results with intimacy time as well as my skin absolute best it’s ever been complexion and overall best it’s ever looked. I’ve felt my digestive system has improved so much more not as bloated my menstrual cycle has improved I’ve not been a heavy type either way but it’s definitely lessened it my bloating is better I do feel tenderness in my breast but since this product is also beneficial to breastfeeding mamas I’m not worried I think it’s a plus cause they actually look and feel a bit fuller and I’m not breastfeeding!

I bought this product because I have pcos and I drink it as a tea to help relive symptoms especially around my period. It has helped to clear my skin and alleviate period symptoms. However, I noticed My appetite has increased tremendously and I am eating more then I normally eat. If it’s infront of me , I will consume it like a caveman. I figured since it directly affects the hormone fluctuations, it was normal to have side affects. But if you decide to take a holistic route with your feminine cycles , I would really take the time to educate yourself of potential side effects on the product of interest . I think it’s a great product for anyone planning on conceiving , but beware there are side effects and my experience was weight gain. However every body will experience different side effects. I have only been consuming this product for a week and I have gained weight since then. As always consult a medical profesional if your unsure.
