IT is great to use daily. I beats drugs for indigestion, with no side effects. Also, if you do indulge in to many sweets, it helps balance your system, at least for me.

I usually never leave reviews but this stuff saved me during wisdom teeth surgery. My oral surgeon recommended it. I looked into pineapple juice but after some research found out there's 10x less bromelain in pineapples compared to one pill of this stuff. I took a double dose starting 2 days before the surgery and for the first 5 days of recovery. I had VERY minimal swelling that only lasted the first two days. I'm pretty sure it had to do with this bromelain supplement!

I found the odor if this capsule unpleasant. It does not smell like pineapple fruit but more like the plant. Not appetizing at all.

Taking Bromelain is easier than eating pineapple everyday. And the compenents our body needs is easily taken with these capsules. They are simple to swallow with plenty of water. This is my second order so I am believer. As a busy farm woman I need supplements that boost my energy level and anything that gives pain relief naturally is a wise idea. I take this almost every day because I muscle test and my body says, yes please, for better sleep quality and pain relief. I believe it is effective in supporting my system in many ways. I also saw a doc recommending nromelain, nattokaneis and turmeric as the trio to help boost our system to stay healthy and also for recovery of a virus we all wish to avoid.
