The mold is great for fondant, chocolate, and sugar craft (cold). Works great for texture but make sure that you understand the size dimensions of the product. It was a little smaller than what I expected, but was able to work with it.

They are seriously the BEST molds...I have so many of them...I've used them for both clay and cake items, such as fondant and modeling chocolate, and they work amazingly for all that, including isomalt! They are everything you'd want in a mold, and more! Yes, they're pricey...Are they worth it?...also yes. 10/10 would buy again!

Made these combat boots for the top of a military themed cake. Mat worked perfectly. Only drawback (as others have stated) is the small size, especially for its price tag.

Literally the size of an adult hand. For the price it’s really not worth it. Should be no more that 12$ if that. Because of the size it makes putting the impression over a large area difficult. There were unwanted indentations from the edges of the mat that I kept having to go back over. I got it to work even still but you have to make the impression before covering the cake.

Worked Great for making a guitar amplifier!!! So realistic. Wish it came in a bigger size. It would be a great texture for a fondant purpose,if bigger.

Not only was the silicone mold really small but the indentations in the mold were so shallow it barely made a mark on the fondant at all. I was very disappointed. Definitely not worth the price.

This was the only textured piece I could find online anyway to imprint fondant to look like leather (for a book cake I was making). The texture itself is perfect, but the sheet is so tiny that it’s almost impossible to roll it out on top of fondant without getting the straight edge of one of the sides imprinted as well. Eventually I had to slide the sheet over the fondant gently while using the palm of my hand for pressure while trying not to put pressure on any of the edges. It took a lot more work than it could have. If the sheet was larger like 12” x 11”, it would be so much more user friendly because you could use a small rolling pin for pressure. It is silicone and floppy and easy to wash.
