The first time I touched the bristles, they seemed hard. But when used it on my hair, I didn't notice that feeling. It works really well on my long, fine hair. It doesn't tangle either. I would recommend this brush for nice, smooth curling without tangling.

This brush is exactly what I have been looking for! My post menopausal thinning extra fine straight hair is a nightmare! I have a bob style that I wear between chin and shoulder length and this brush gives my hair a nice turn under when I blow dry. The natural bristles do seem to smooth my hair and provide some shine. It comes with a little wire comb thing to help remove hair from the brush and a cute little cloth bag for transporting. I got the 2" barrel. Thinking about getting next size up too. It is lightweight and easy to turn with the rubber grip on handle. Totally worth it!

I needed a new large round styling brush and all the other ones pulled, broke or otherwise damaged my hair. Mostly these same brushes did not move smoothly through my hair when I was styling it. I had read that boar bristle is the best for brushes, so I ordered the largest size this one came it. I had been using two sizes...a smaller one on my bangs...but this one covers for both. Handle is easy to grip. There is a fabric pouch and a little pink "fork" to pull your hair out of the bristles...something I have never been given with any brush! Wonderful styling brush!

Love it! I got the 2.8". It's the perfect size, comparable to a standard brush in dimension & fits perfectly in my hand. I have long thick hair. This brush is the only brush that does not pull out my strands. The rounded bristles are blended with boars hair. It's gentle on my hair but firm enough to detangle. I also adore the pretty carry bag. The bag is made of thick canvas, rope & lace. It protects the bristles during travel. I am so glad I found this brush again on the market.

This is a great brush! It's the right size with a hand grip - it's not bulky or heavy. The bristles are gentle as you pull them through your hair. The brush comes in the cutest bag for travel. It's a great brush, and I highly recommend this one.

Unfortunately this round brush did not work for my hair. I have very thick, long, very spirally curly hair. I was looking to replace my round boar bristle brush with this one. Generally I look for brushes without the plastic pieces, as my hair tends to wrap around those. I was hoping with the excellent reviews, this wouldn't be the case with this one. For my hair, the plastic bristles between the boar bristles made it impossible to glide through my hair. It just gets stuck as my curls likely wrap around every plastic nob. Or it could also be the brush is too jam packed all around and my hair wraps around and gets stuck. Either way, it doesn't work. I imagine if you have wavy hair or thin hair, this might with great. For now, I'll have to stick with my old boar bristle brush to blow out my hair. And, I will say the flat version of this brush works okay enough for me (and will go through my hair) but left my hair feeling much rougher than usual. It does seem to be a good quality brush, just didn't work for me.

Yo utilizo el del grosor de 7 cm porque tengo el pelo fino y me da mucho volumen y agarra el pelo mejor que ninguno otro cepillo que haya usado nunca. Tengo uno de estos cepillos con el que me peino que nunca ha perdido cerdas ni se le han quemado. Y tengo otro de estos cepillos para peinarme con el secador y como soy muy burra pasados los meses siempre acabo quemándolo y me compro otro igual. Para la gente que se queja de que se queman las cerdas lo que tienen que hacer es no acercarlo tanto al cepillo, en las peluquerías si os fijáis los peluqueros NUNCA pegan la boquilla del secador al cepillo.
