United States, Pacific Northwest Map (National Geographic Adventure Map, 3118)

We used this map on a recent trip out west and the coating was just perfect. The map held up well to lots of opening and folding, and could easily be used on a future trip.

Great map with easy to read locations, roads and tons of points of interest markers. The map is easily foldable yet more durable than a pure paper map.

I purchased this to replace a paper map. It is perfect for my purposes - planning a trip and using it to navigate, supplementing the GPS. Note that is United Kingdom only - apparently some users expected it to include the Republic of Ireland, which is NOT part of the U.K. Others seem to expect it to include tourist information such as the location of the "Harry Potter rail bridge". While it does include major attractions such as Stonehenge and Hadrian's Wall, you should not expect it to be a comprehensive tourist map. It does what it says it does and does it very well.

Even though we have phones with maps, I am a fan of always having a paper map when out in an area where phone signal may be spotty. Thus was the case with this map! It's very well made and everything was marked well and up to date.

My husband wanted the for his motorcycle trips. He liked the open finger glove for summer rides.

Shows the whole of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland. Use this map for planning road trips on major thoroughfares. Does not show minor/country roads. Excellent detail shows points of interest and all but the very smallest hamlets. Key has extensive listings. Rail lines are not shown but ferry lines are. Made with heavy gauge paper.

Very detailed map on water and tear resistant material.

It's a good map of quality stock but should include the counties.
