Solidly built
This scale arrived in good condition and ready to install. All of the components are packed in a compartment in the scale base. Easy to set up and level. Accurate. We have be using the scale for 2 weeks now with no initial problems. Quality scale for the price.

Extremely accurate and robust
We've weighed crates in excess of 1100 LBS. When i add my mass to the scale it's exactly the same weight added from what I weighed on the bathroom scale. Great electronics and digital display. Consistent and very robust.

legs + screen hidden inside scale
This scale arrived well packaged and in good condition.Unfortunately, some parts were a little too well hidden and were missed by the crew opening this scale. The issue was quickly addressed and Dara did a great job to make sure the pieces were located and everything worked perfectly. Thanks!

Keep looking, this doesn't last
Bought this scale in March, 2023, it's used about 10 times a week and it's broken twice. Replaced a load cell under warranty the first time. Now they won't return email or calls. IMO, this is junk.

Top notch customer service
Block the scale a year ago, Had an issue with it, I called the company they helped troubleshoot and sent new load cells under warranty. No charge.I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a scale.
