VIGOROUS MOUNTAINS Dried Morel Mushrooms (1 Ounce)

I bought several times and there are a staple snack on a Sunday afternoon for my family. We love soaking Knize and then just throwing on a bunch of butter and sautéing these and Man are they tasty and the quality was surprisingly good

These are good sized, have a lovely flavor, and rehydrated well with minimal debris. They sautéed up and were honestly a delight to add to a celebratory dinner. Will order again.

I love mushrooms and people rave about morels. I have tried just sautéing them in olive oil butter and garlic or shallots but I find the taste a bit bland. I don’t think I’m using it correctly. I didn’t get much flavor. It was expensive for how many I received.

As always these are yummy! They hydrate nicely and get real tender and plump. Cooked with a bit of butter and they taste like butter steak!

These mushrooms were very flavorful, unbroken and seemed fresh when dried. There was very little debris to be removed and washing them was easy. They made a delicious sauce for my pasta. I also like the price which was fair considering mushrooms require much effort to either grow or find.

Love morel mushrooms and it's rare that I find them. Sooo happy with this package, already used a few in something I was cooking and it def enhanced the flavor. 10/10 will get again if they have it available. Thank you Vigorous Mountains! Is there any way you could change your packaging tho? Maybe a little more environmentally friendly? I heard there is a plastic box you can use now that is biodegradable. Maybe you could look into that. In any case, thank you for the morels, they are a great addition to most of the meals we cook. Your product and the time it took to get them to my place was awesome and you have been saved in my cloud as where I'd like to shop again. Thank you for a wonderful experience! 10/10 will order from again and will enjoy again

Didn’t realize these were a Chinese product until after they arrived. Would rather have shopped (and paid more for if I had to) for a domestic product, or non Chinese based operation. Still though, they reconstituted as well as any other and held the earthy flavor you expect from a morel, just less so in my opinion.

While dried will never be the same as fresh, these come so close! They are absolutely amazing! I love them so much.

These morels add a wonderful rich, earthy flavour to mushroom dishes. Added to soup, stews and casseroles they really enhance the umami flavour and added to sauces they turn any dish into something very special, especially with a dollop of cream and a splash of wine. Will definitely buy again.
