Great product and service from dealer
This product is probably one of the best sturdy items Iâve received from Amazon!!! Worth every penny snd it looks really nice and classy. One of the pieces was broke. And the dealer easily sent a replacement. It did take awhile to receive, which is the only downside, but I appreciate that they did and with no hard time or hesitation. The instructions and the number of pieces is intimidating, but honestly once you start it and take your time reading tre instructions, itâs actually quite easy. It will take some time and is heavy. The initial setup is the trickiest, and may require two people trying to keep the metal pieces up while connecting it to the base, but if I can do it alone so can you.I just wish it had one more shelf that could be added in the middle. This dealerâs product is what you come on here and expect to get! Great product thatâs sturdy!! It represents how reputable they must be. Oh, and itâs Exactly like the picture.!

Sturdy And Just Right for the Job
Living in a closet poor house I refinished a basement room to house a walk-in closet. I ended up using four of these units for a small walk-in closet I built. Instead of putting in permanent units, I opted for these in case down the road I would like to repurpose the room. After assembling 4 of these I averaged about 1 hour for each one over four days. The boxes are very heavy but I was able to drag them down my basement stairs by myself. Positives-very sturdy and once assembled are rock solid. I removed the second shelf on one unit to accommodate my wife's long dress and it still seems stable. Once I put one together, I no longer needed to follow the directions. Of the four units, one of the shelves had a shipping ding in it. Fortunately it was a top shelf and put a little white caulk on it to cover it up. The only complaints that I have is that first, the box had a bunch of leftover styro-foam that small pieces ended up making a bit of mess. Second, the screwdriver that comes with the unit has a poorly designed phillips tip that does not bite properly. (nice to include one but not if it is going to strip the screws you are installing.) Third, you will need a short stubby screwdriver to properly attach the rod part as you are reaching between two metal pieces to affix it. So overall, despite sore hands, these look nice and hopefully will hold up over time.

Great, with some drawbacks
I was looking for a clothes rack to serve as a closet in a room without one. This was by far the nicest looking one, even though it was rather expensive. Overall, I donât regret buying it. It looks equally good in my home as it did online, and it is very sturdy (the reviews of other racks/wardrobes suggest that that is often a problem). There is plenty of room. Iâve currently got just about my entire work wardrobe on it, and I still havenât filled one of the drawers or the shelves. The dimensions in the listing appear to be correct. However, there are some drawbacks. The piece comes in two very heavy, very long packages. I would strongly recommend having two people on hand to bring the packages in or at least opening them up on the porch and taking them in piece by piece. Then, assembling it takes a long time. It probably took me 2 - 3 hours and I had help for the sections that are difficult for one person to do alone. The directions are not great. If youâve assembled furniture before, youâll figure it outâ if not, you should probably start with something simpler. There are no words in the directions, just pictures. At times itâs easy to put something on/in the wrong way and then have to go back and fix it later. Also, the metal pieces are painted black and that paint can scrape off if you rub them against each other, so you have to be somewhat careful when unboxing.Overall, it took a lot of time, money, and hard work to get this thing. But it is exactly what I wanted and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Itâs probably not worth it if youâre only casually interested, but if youâve got your heart set on this one then I donât think youâll be disappointed.

FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY đ
FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY đYes, I installed step 2 upside down. Drawers were crooked. Easy enough to fix but it was completely assembled by the time I discovered my mistake.Pros: for $200, this is a great âcloset systemâ since we could not afford to install the new system we wanted. This will do until we can have a custom closet built. Itâs just the right size for my husbands items.Cons are buyer fault. đ I assembled 2 pieces backwards. One I was able to fix, the other I left bc it is just cosmetic. Also, one of the drawer knobs wouldnât attach with the screw. But Iâll contact the seller for a replacement.Overall, I think this is a sturdy and classy looking piece for our bedroom at this time

Great but timely to put together
Just as pictured. The dimensions shown are accurate and it fit perfectly in my space. A lot of the reviews said it came in two boxes, however my came in just one long box. I advise to use a different screwdriver as the one given isnât the best and I found it was stripping the insert on the screws making it hard to take them out If I made a mistake. Other reviews I read showed the drawers misaligned, make sure your putting them together flush then when inserting itâs a little hard to get them in the right place so play around with it. The instructions are not very clear and only show pictures most without showing which side holes need to be on so use common sense with that. Overall took about 2-3 hours to put together. Serves its purpose though and is extremely sturdy.

Worked for what I needed!
I am using this as my closet in a bedroom with no closet and after two years I can say this item has held up well and still looks as good as the day I put it together!
