Bandai Hobby - Digimon - Wargreymon (Amplified) Figure-Rise Standard Model Kit

I had bought some of the Digimon model sets before but this is my first “Amplified” set and I absolutely love it. It has so much more detail than and is higher quality than the other sets. The claws and wings especially are made up of so many different parts that it allows them to be a lot more intricate and much more of a mix of colors than they usually would be on this type of set. Once constructed, I found the set a lot more stable and easier to stand up than many other models kits I have built. Despite the intricacy, I didn’t find it much more expensive than the other sets I’ve purchased so it is a great value.

Never built a model kit before but it went very well! Instructions had English translations and were easy enough to follow. Took me about 6-7 hours to finish (minus a food break in the middle), but then again I was going at a pretty slow pace I would say! Only issues I had were a few tiny ones, mainly that some parts didn't want to fully fit together properly, and that they can be hard to pull apart if you make a mistake. That would probably also make it less likely to break though. Besides that my only gripe (which is more of a nitpick) is the fact that the tiny black stickers that go around the horns are a tiny bit too short. It's not a big issue by any means, and it's not all that noticable, it's just a small nitpick I had with it personally which bothered me a little. All in all though, there's not really enough to complain about for me to want to take away a star. I had a blast assembling it and it looks cool as hell! Would definitely recommend it for any Digimon fan! Keep in mind that you will need a pair of micro cutters or something to cut out the plastic pieces with. I'd also recommend getting something to help you place those tiny stickers (I didn't have tweezers so I used a needle myself, which worked fairly well). All in all, very fun, would recommend!

Today, I’m reviewing a Wargreymon plastic model kit from the world of Digimon, which was produced by Bandai. This was a fantastic build typical of Bandai's quality. The parts came free from the part’s frame easily with a pair of cutters without needing a heavy amount of sanding or filing. The model is not only poseable but also remarkably sturdy, a testament to Bandai's commitment to quality. The coloring is cartoon and manga-accurate for the most part, though the silvery areas aren’t really shiny. The shield on the back opens and closes to become almost wing-like it can be removed from his back and placed on his arm with a special connecting piece included with the kit. The claws on the arms, which it calls Dramon killers, are removable. There are a small number of decals to be applied and they are the sticker type rather than water-slide. This would be a great first build for anyone just starting out or if you’re trying to get a young one interested in model building. The box recommends this for ages 15 and up, but I think you could go younger with some mild supervision as the instructions were easy to follow and most of the parts went together well without needing a lot of force to push them together. No gluing was required, which isn’t always true of snap-together models. This model went together quickly, and there were few tiny parts. If I needed an army of Wargreymons, I would buy this kit over and over.

Great model kit. I love it. This is the second time we purchased this kit. Fair warning to buyers: Be careful on how to insert the wing pegs on the back. The wing pegs’ design is so subtle and unnoticeable that if you insert it the wrong way, it will get stuck. This is the second time we purchased the model kit. I found the design so ridiculous that I had to customize the figure model kit myself. It didn’t make sense to us that the holes for the wing pegs used in accessory attachment to equip the shield on the arm, is perfectly round, but not the holes on the back are not. I had to use my grinding drill to make the holes on the back into a complete circular hole. You don’t need to do this extra step of grind holes like I did. Just be careful of that fine detail. But I recommend for more experienced hobbyists out there, so that you don’t wing pegs stuck.

Great quality kit and it looks great too! The instructions are relatively easy to follow as well.

Similar to its Black WarGreymon counter part build but more stickers to give it more accents. Fast build about 6 hrs total. Filer need to make parts smoother. Great fun and loving ve the results

Got this as a gift for my partner and he loved it. The box even came perfect, no dents etc (though it was shipped all the way from Japan) because it was carefully wrapped. The seller was prompt in answering my queries and was very polite! I would recommend this shop if anyone is looking at buying similar figurines. I would totally buy from this shop again!

Beau digimon de collection c'est vrai que c'est 1 maquette que sur le coup sa effraye mais honnêtement c'est assez facile a faire le seul point négatif les piece sont pas ranger par ordre d'utilisation mais il suffit de les ranger par couleur petite astuce taper le non du digimon il y a 1 vidéo d aide en ligne ultra précise elle peut servir . Vous constaterai que le digimon et juste magnifique

Really, I loved the experience to build this character! Before I thought that was the entire figure, but actually you need to fit the pieces. The quality is very very good as well! Very beautiful. This was so fun to build! Love bandai model kits. Specifically these kinds more than gundam. They're quite over priced here but I have family in Asia so I'll definitely be buying more Digimon kits whenever I visit!
