Excellent Antenna. SAME, EXACT thing as the two "Bigger Names" that cost more!
Let me preface by saying this is the first NMO mount antenna I've ever purchased. Ordered the matching 5 inch extremely powerful NMO mag mount (Also Tram) for it. (WOW, what a magnet!).Came with a nice little allen wrench BUT was pre-tuned perfectly out of the "bag"...(2m and 440)....Hooking it up, I IMMEADIATELY noticed much, MUCH stronger reception and I was able to get reports back on a pair of my closest repeators, sitting in my yard, one Southerly, 32 miles away, the other about 27 miles to my West on a mere 5 watts. Can't ait to try what I can reach on 50...(I was picking up a repeator clearly from Mt.Mitchell, NC...6500 ft elevation helps ofcourse BUT it's still 135+ miles away!. (AND my yard is full of trees).I still have an old 1/4 Wave Tram from 35 years ago.....They make great antennas that are exactly like the other "Two Big Names" BECAUSE all 3 are owned by the same company! Not a knock on the other "names" BUT why spend 25 to 50 bux or MORE for the exact....Same....Thing?Can't wait to try getting on a net tonight that's a little over 72 miles away on Caesar's Head Mtn. (about 3500 ft)....SO glad period, to be back in the "ham radio fold" again.

Good budget antenna
I purchased this antenna to mount on my Jeep with my B-Tech UV-25X2. Mounted it on my rear tire carrier and it stands about a little over a foot about the roofline. Between this radio and antenna combination, I have much better reception and transmission that I used to have with a handheld radio. No need to spend a lot of money for some of the big and expensive name brand antennas. This works great and has a reasonable price.

Best mobile antenna right out of the box I have ever used...
I have been looking for a quality, lightweight antenna for the 2m & 70cm bands when I am mobile. I have tried several options, all of which required extensive tuning. This antenna worked right out of the box, with SWR of 1.0 - 1.3 across both bands; no tuning needed! Using only a 4 watt handheld transceiver, I am contacting repeaters that I previously could only hear. Easy to install.

Excellent Dual-Band Antenna at a Great Price
I bought this antenna to replace a Comet antenna that broke, and I have to say, I’m impressed. Despite being half the price of the Comet, this antenna performs just as well, if not better, in many respects. The transmit and receive quality is excellent across 2m, 70cm, GMRS, and MURS bands. Signals come in clear and strong, even at a distance, and my transmissions are consistently reported as crisp. It’s a pretuned dual-band antenna, so setup was quick and easy—just mount and go.The build quality feels solid, and it holds up well to outdoor conditions, which is important for anyone needing reliable performance in various environments. At 150 watts, it handles plenty of power for most applications, making it versatile enough for both base and mobile setups. If you’re looking for an affordable yet high-performing dual-band antenna, this is a fantastic choice. It exceeded my expectations and is an excellent value for the price.

Not pretuned.
This antenna is far from pretuned. SWR is over 5 and will need to be trimmed to lower the SWR before using. It's built well but I am disappointed that it passed QC so far off.

Best dual band antenna you can buy !
I originally bought one of these in 2013 and absolutely loved it.Just bought another one and its exactly what I expected. PERFECT SWR. I feed it with a 15ft piece of LMR400UF from a Yaesu FTM200D. SWR @ 146.520 is 1.12. @ 446.000 its dead-on 1.00 SWR.Ive tried a crapload of other antennas, including a Comet 2x4srnmo and none of them hold a candle to this Tram on 2m/70cm. The Comet is top dog if you want OK SWR on 2m/70cm/murs/GMRS... but this Tram is a home run on 2m/70cm.

Good quality
Seems to be well constructed, haven't used it yet to know if resonant to specs.
