My husband always seem to have flare ups with his gout problem on his ankles especially when before we go on our yearly European vacation. This 2 week land tour requires us to be on our feet all day. You Gotta Love Cherries
Who would have thought of all things Cherries helping joint problems? I took them right away and they really seemed to help my joints within 2 hours ! They are time released so I took 2 with my breakfast and another at lunch! Great price for the amount sent.

Works well for us
My husband took these and on the first day he noticed the pain in his arm was way better. I am taking only 1 a day for now (as it says take three) to be careful of the side effects.

Tried for pain, but don't seem to help
Can't say how these will help with muscle pain, since they did not work for me for that. Maybe for Gout symptoms, but hope I don't have a need to test that. Though I would certainly try these for it if I had an episode again someday!Hope they work for you, because you can never tell person to person what works until you try something yourself.
