So my dilemma is I have a decent couch but I have cats that would like to claw the sides of it any chance they get and a big dog that basically uses it as a bed.This seems to stop the cats from being interested to scratch, they could definitely get through the material but I don't think they like the feel or the stretchiness of it so they stopped doing itBig dogs paws / claws made tiny holes in this almost immediately so we ended up putting an old yoga mat across the couch as well , we just slip it off and fold it behind the couch when company comesI think if you have an older looking couch that needs a facelift and you don't have similar pet problems than this would be a great choice for you

Bought 2 of these, first the large and then the extra large. According to measurements large should cover but after one wash it was a tight fit. The extra large fits but doesn't cover the front bottom of the sofa. My sofa is not oversized. It serves the purpose though. Now I have 2 so when one is being washed the other can be on the sofa. I have pets. I like the product. Easy to clean but does shrink a little. One cover came with tiny "pool noodles" to help keep it tucked. Those work well tucked next to the arm rest but not so well tucked behind the seat cushions as they come out. Expect to be tucking and adjusting it as it is a sofa cover and that's just part of it. Holds up well in the wash, other than a little shrinkage. Soft to sit on.

You can wash it but don't dry it too much because it will shrink also it is soft.

We purchased this sofa cover to protect the sofa from dog hair. We are very happy with it as it not only protects the sofa fabric but also looks nice and is more comfortable than other sofa covers we have tried in the past.

I purchased 3 large to cover my L shaped sectional. It's not perfect and parts of my couch are showing but it still gets the job done. I bought it so my 2 dogs can still be on the couch and not ruin it with their nails or getting it dirty. I would recommend but make sure you take your measurements because depending on the shape you may need more than 1. I originally only ordered 1 large and realized I needed 2 more large. Overall worked out!

This is the first time I've ever slipcovered anything and very happy with this purchase to cover a fabric recliner we're not ready to ditch yet. Good fit and coverage for our average size recliner, with enough stretch for something larger. So many colors to choose from, there had to be at least 4 blues. Went with the Bluestone color which is very nice, not too dark or too bright and it coordinates well with our other upholstered furniture in the room. The waffle pattern is very subtle, just adds a bit of texture and for that reason I think it would work well with many other fabrics. Good price, great value for the $ IMO. If holds up and washes well, I would definitely purchase again.Only put it on a few days ago, but so far it's staying in place very well. Haven't had to retuck anywhere. The labeling on the 4 pieces could be more descriptive, but they were fairly easy to put on. Was helpful to have another person assist especially when tipped chair over to loop the elastics over the springs underneath.Haven't had to wash it yet, so can't comment on that. Hope it doesn't shrink, pill or fade.The pocket on the left side looks like it could be useful. Only thing I don't like is the visible hole for a lever on the right side because our chair is a push back and doesn't have a lever. Would have preferred the opening be optional or come w velcro or a snap to close it, but since that side is next to a table it's not too noticeable and I can always sew it closed if feeling ambitious.
