It is a average product considering the price
It is a very average product. The PVC sheet is thin and can easily torn. It can easily get damage if you place anything hot directly on top of it. The worst part is, I ordered the 3D one, and received the normal one. The seller didn't bother to check and validate the order properly. Placed a return order.

Good choice ,go for it.
What i noticed to my delight is ,it is stain resistant ,if you accidentally spill something on it and you clean it immediately it is as good as new.
