Is the engraving on the outside and the inside? I'm not sure from the photos. I only want engraving on the inside. Thanks

It depends on the style: most styles have the engraved saying on the inside of the cuff with a symbol design on the outside ends of the cuff, but a few styles have the engraved saying on both inside & outside. Considering there are about 15 different styles, make sure to view all the info/pics of the one you want.

How do I get in touch with the manufacturer? The description clearly says the bracelet will come in a cute gift box. Mine came in plastic.

I worked at amazon. The box probably got damaged in the fulfillment center so they put it in a bag with the corresponding label. It happens all the time. It's not manufacturers fault.

Why are there so many obscene and foul messages? I find these very offensive.

No, the writing on all the these bracelets is in the inside. I bought a total of four for gifts. They all had different sayings. All were on the inside. By the way bracelets are great quality. My daughter is a nurse. She wears it everyday.
