No, I wouldn't consider it to be gluten free although the bullets inaccurately describe it as such. It doesn't have the "gluten free" certification anywhere on the label and it actually says it's manufactured in a facility that also processes wheat, etc. Amazon dropped the ball on this one as I ordered it based on the bullets stating it was GF and it's not eligible for return. If you have Celiac disease, try another product like Nordic Naturals prebiotic powder.

Does the product contain soy?

No this product does not contain soy just three ingredients listed that are defined on the label. But it does say that it is processed in a facility that also processes tree nuts, soy, milk, wheat, fish and crustacean shellfish on the label so if your very sensitive to any of those ingredients it could be a problem but not from the actual ingredients. Hope that helps! I have a thyroid problem which prevents me from having any soy, i love this product & use it daily it has no taste in my bullet proof coffee & no after taste.

Where are the ingredients sourced from? China?

I think the ingredients are made here or from India. It's just insoluble fiber, I've been consuming, the effects are excellent, I've used other types of prebiotics but this one proves to be of superior quality.
